What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone (if given), language.
- Business details you enter in Brand Kits: logo, colours, product photos, offers, contact numbers.
- Scripts, generated videos, images and voice-overs.
- For your own avatar or voice clone: your photo, consent video or voice recording, and the result of the consent check.
- Payment records (amount, plan, transaction ID). Card and wallet details are handled only by SSLCommerz.
- Basic usage and technical logs (IP address, browser) to keep the service secure.
How we use it
To provide and improve PromoPilot, generate your ads, process payments, prevent abuse and impersonation, send service emails (receipts, renewal reminders, onboarding tips — you can unsubscribe from tips at any time) and answer support requests. We do not sell your data.
AI and other service providers
To generate content, the necessary parts of your data are sent to the AI and media providers enabled by our administrators, such as OpenAI, Google (Gemini, Cloud TTS, Veo), ElevenLabs, Microsoft Azure, HeyGen, fal.ai, Pexels and Pixabay, and to SSLCommerz for payments. They process the data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
We use necessary cookies for login and language. If enabled, we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure our own marketing.
Storage, retention and deletion
Data is stored on our servers with access controls; API keys are encrypted. You can delete projects, videos, avatars and voice clones in the app at any time. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data, except records we must keep by law (for example payment records).
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by contacting us.
