These terms apply to everyone who uses PromoPilot (https://promopilot.cognifyx.net), operated by PromoPilot. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
PromoPilot lets businesses create advertising videos with AI: scripts, AI presenters, voices, captions, images and video clips. Some features use third-party AI providers, so results can vary and generation can occasionally fail.
2. Account
- You must give a correct email address and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account and by team members you invite.
- One person or business may not create multiple accounts to collect free trials.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- Plans and credit packs are shown on the pricing page in BDT and USD. Payments are processed by SSLCommerz; we never see or store your card or mobile-wallet PIN.
- Each AI action uses credits. The estimate is shown before you start; if a job fails, the credits are returned automatically.
- Plan credits are added each paid period. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically; we send a reminder before your plan ends.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate real people. You may not create avatars or voice clones of anyone except yourself, and only after the recorded consent check. Celebrities, politicians and other public figures are not allowed.
- Do not present an AI presenter as a real customer or create fake testimonials or reviews.
- Do not make false, misleading or unlawful claims (for example: curing diseases, guaranteed income, guaranteed visa approval, before/after weight-loss claims).
- Follow the advertising rules of the platforms you publish on (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube), including their AI-content disclosure rules.
- No illegal, hateful, adult, violent or deceptive content, and no content that infringes someone else's rights.
We check scripts and prompts automatically and may block content, suspend accounts or remove avatars/voices that break these rules.
5. Your content and the videos you make
You keep the rights to the material you upload (logos, photos, scripts) and confirm you are allowed to use it. Subject to these terms, you may use the videos you create for your own or your clients' advertising. Stock footage and music remain under their providers' licences. We may show a video as a sample on our website only with your permission.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep PromoPilot available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. AI output can contain mistakes — review every video and ad text before publishing. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using PromoPilot at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the new date on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
