Automatic credit refunds
If a video, script, image or other AI job fails, the credits held for it are returned to your balance automatically. If a job costs less than the estimate, the difference is returned too.
Money-back requests
- You can ask for a refund of a plan or credit-pack payment within 7 days of paying, if you have used less than 20% of the credits it added.
- If a technical problem on our side stopped you from using the service, we will refund or extend your plan even outside these limits.
- Credits that were used to generate content cannot be refunded, because the AI providers charge us for each generation.
How to ask
Email or WhatsApp us with your invoice number (shown on the invoice page). Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through SSLCommerz, usually within 7–10 working days depending on your bank or wallet.
Cancelling
Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel — simply don't renew. Your remaining credits stay in your account.
